Tonbridge Lions Club recently invited twenty four young carers (aged between 9 and 17) including family members to see the pantomime Aladdin, in the E. M. Forster Theatre at Tonbridge School.
“Wonderful”; “super”; “really great”; were some of the enthusiastic comments made after the show.
Following the sold out and excellently presented panto; the guests were entertained further at Jel’s Café (in Tonbridge High Street) to a meal of their choice.
This outing formed part of the annual programme of activities carried out by Tonbridge Lions to help the less fortunate in the town.
