On Saturday May 18th, Tonbridge Lions were pleased to welcome over 850 men, from the Tonbridge area, to a Prostate Screening event at the Angel Centre. The recently appointed TMBC Mayor, Councillor Steve Hammond attended the event, and was pleased to take a test, which consisted of giving a simple blood sample.
Organised in conjunction with PCaSO (Prostate Cancer Support Organisation) this very successful event was warmly welcomed by those who attended. Pictured is Lion President Gordon Hill with the PCaSO founder Roger Bacon
