Tonbridge Lions Bring Holiday Cheer

Tonbridge Lions have once again wheeled out the Barrel Organ this Christmas. Lions are collecting for charity in the High Street and outside Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. All money collected goes towards financing food vouchers for families who are facing challenges this time of year.

The Barrel Organ and its festive music has been a familiar sight and sound in Tonbridge every Christmas for over 50 years. Tonbridge Lions are part of the world’s largest community service organisation and were the first Lions club to be formed in the UK, celebrating their 75th anniversary this year.

The Barrel Organ will be seen in Tonbridge every Friday and Saturday, Monday, 24th and Christmas Eve. Cash donations are welcome - please give generously.
